Our stay at Pension Van Ewijcksluis was a delightful escape from the city bustle. The warm welcome drink set the tone for our visit, accompanied by lovely pet amenities that made our furry companion feel right at home. The shared lounge and terrace overlooking the serene lake provided a perfect setting for unwinding.The housekeeping was impeccable, ensuring our twin-bedded room with a tranquil lake view was always clean and inviting. The attentive staff, especially the gracious host, went above and beyond to make us feel at ease, even serving us a comforting meal when we arrived late and hungry. The cozy seating area in our room was a relaxing spot to enjoy the stunning views.The buffet breakfast on the terrace was a highlight, with fresh fruit and homemade jams adding to the charm of the experience. The peaceful ambiance of the property, complemented by activities like cycling in the surrounding area, offered a perfect blend of relaxation and exploration. Pension Van Ewijcksluis is a hidden gem that we would gladly return to for another rejuvenating getaway.
